Regional Sales Director, Greater China, base HK

Job Responsibilities

 

Role & Objective

 

  • Manage and expand the company’s business in  Greater China

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Meet and exceed company sales targets and KPI for China

 

  • Formulate and execute the company sales strategy in China in line with company’s global: Vision-Mission-Goals-Initiatives

 

·         Lead Sales and SE team

 

  • Leverage new customer leads as well as develop new project at existing customers
  • Work closely with BD APAC  to push the company’s solutions to the China market
  • Work closely with AM, SE and BD to engage new customers and close deals with terms and conditions acceptable by company
  • Formulate winning key account plans and customer engagement strategies
  • Enable his/her team to succeed by leveraging own relationship, expertise and experience in China
  • Player  coach

 

  • Solid sales experience and track record in Fixed and Mobile BB and NGN/UC and Applications
  • Strong solution selling capabilities
  • Consultative selling expertise and experience at C-level
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing capabilities
  • Solid track records in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Intimate knowledge of projects and target customers (SP and Enterprise)
  • Strong relationships at C-level with key Tier 1 SP across China
  • Experience in Enterprise sales both high touch and channel sales
  • Knowledge of and relationships with key SI and Channel Partners in China
  • Solid knowledge of sales management processes incl. Key Account Planning, Target Account Selling, Bid Response and Management etc.
  • Ability to attract, recruit and lead high caliber sales executives
  • Proficiency in SFDC and sales pipeline management
  • Experience in both large companies and startup businesses
  • Proficiency in: Mandarin, Cantonese, English
  • 20 years’ experience incl. 15 years in managing sales, sales teams
