Channel Sales Manager, Hong Kong - Cloud and Internet Services

Job Responsibilities

Our client is a leading US Cloud Service Solution vendor

Responsible for managing and driving Channel partners in Hong Kong to grow Cloud and Internet Services.

 

  • Build strong successful relationships with Channel Partners and enable them to successfully sell full range of Internet and Cloud services.  These efforts should result in accelerating the sales volume by reaching a much larger Total Addressable Market.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners

 



Requirements

Based in Hong Kong.

·         Bachelor degree or equivalent

·         Min. 8 years of Channel Sales Experience in the IT, Software, Networking or Data Centre industry.

·         Experience in working in a Matric managed organization

·         Solid knowledge of data center or data center products and hosting

·         Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills

·         Experience in presenting at Industry events

·         Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
