Individual contributor role
• Understand consumer online shopping insight and market/competitor intelligence to support EC director on sales strategy and promotion plan.
• Understand business status, challenges and find out opportunities to drive growth
• Lead/Guide agency to develop effective promotion programs to achieve sales target and related KPI
• Closely work with TMall and coordinate internal / external resources for execution excellence 5. Budget control and tracking

• Shared target of annual sales value
• On time and qualified program delivery within agreed budget
• Smooth communication & coordination with internal and external parties
Based in Shanghai, China
• Bachelor or above degree
• 4+ years’ solid e-commerce experience within consumer goods industry.
• Extensive experience with TMall
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and oral)
• Computer skills including Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Experience with SAP would be an advantage
• Strong communication skill
