Looking for Senior Executive with strong experience in Sourcing, Merchandising and Procurement function
Responsible for all Non-Apparel and Accessories based product line (multi-branding)
• Responsible for driving sales, margin, and growth for total company through multiple channels and platforms in area of responsibility by influencing merchandise curation and assortment selection
• Collaborate with marketing and various internal functional teams to drive sales and demand
• Accountable for financial results and responsible to review and present weekly and monthly forecast
• Manage pre-season and in-season online assortment strategy including assortment selection, assortment driver strategies in partnership with marketing on content curation
• Set Pricing strategy
Key Activities
• Build trend-right assortments strategy through merchandise/ content curation in close partnership with marketing and platform site merchandising team
• Lead development of vendor and class financial plans- clear understanding and execution of inventory flow by different channels
• Recommend major brand and classification strategies
• Develop strong vendor relationships in China/ Hong Kong and internationally
• Determine trend, item plans through curation and determine in-season reaction to product performance • Prepare and present style-out
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop a pricing, promotional and campaign strategy for the season. Lead the execution of the strategy across all channels/ platforms
• Travel as required by business

Based in Hong Kong
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience including retail, ecommerce multi brand buying, sourcing, merchandising or procurement
• Ideal Candidate Criteria:
../ Experience buying for multi-brand E-tailer a plus
../ Experience in Chinese market, working with Alibaba a plus
• Strong understanding of product, trend, merchandise curation, financials, and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal- Mandarin and English) with the ability to influence
• Proven management experience- ability to motivate and engage a team in a start-up environment
• Previous financial accountability a plus
• Strong analytical and computer/excel skills
