Our client is a mid-size Voice and Unified Communication solution vendor. They have established their offices (or agents) in Hong Kong and other AP countries for over 8 years.

Job Summary:

The Project Management role helps ensure that our customers meet their business objectives when deploying the Unified Communication solutions. Our Project Management experts methodically plan and execute complex projects, to successfully achieve our customer’s project goals on time, at the highest quality and on budget.


We are actively seeking a talented and experienced project manager to oversee a variety of service delivery projects from conceptual design through implementation to final customer acceptance. You will have the chance to network with clients, partners, and multiple in-house functions, and use your valuable problem-solving and leadership skills to steer complex projects to success

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing customer facing, service delivery projects, regional or global, from project initiation to final delivery and customer approval.
- Develop comprehensive project plans based on customer requirements and goals, and coordinate with the customer, the partners and a various company functions such as procurement, logistics, services, R&D, etc.
- Serves as the point of contact between the client and the various elements in the company
- Monitor project progress continuously and generate detailed reports on project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Review and manage project change requests, including meeting with interested parties to track, approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Oversee allocation of resources as needed before and during projects.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction of the project
- Working on simultaneous projects
- Establishing project management infrastructure

 



Requirements

Based in Hong Kong 

- Education: engineering/technical and/or industrial management. Training/courses in project management or multiple tasks (PMP-benefit), or equivalent work experience
- Experience of at least 3 years in technical infrastructure project management
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, extensive leadership experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an intensive environment and meet deadlines
- English at a high level
- Minimum three years of technical infrastructure project management
- Familiarity with technologies: Voice & Unified Communications, Networking, Skype for Business
- Extensive traveling

 

Note: Technical Support candidate with lesser experience will be considered for another Customer Support System Engineer role (Unified Communications, Voice, Call Center, Contact Center)
