Job Summary:
Work as strategic partner with different stakeholders to facilitate smooth functioning of human resources management across the business and take a lead role in the development of a positive culture with regard to the employment and employee development.
Location: Jakarta
Subordinate: 2 HR staff
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership for HR strategic planning in order to support accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals
- Oversee entire HR operation including HR budget, talent acquisition, employment, HR programs implementation, identify improvement opportunities and actions
- Conduct a continuing study of HR efficiency in terms of HR policies, programs and practices to keep management informed of development and progress
- Protect the interests of both employees and the company in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws & regulations and minimize risk
- Develop, direct and manage a company-wide process of organization development and people strategy planning such as succession planning, workforce training & development, employee retention and change management
- Drive the organization’s culture to support the attainment of company’s goals and promote employee satisfaction
- Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to retain talents
- Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment
Requirements

University Graduate or equivalent

Fluent in English and local language

8 to 12+ years of HR management experience in a multinational corporate environment

Comprehensive HR Generalist knowledge

Good knowledge in employment-related legislations and HR policies and practices
