Provide Field support to both Channel Partners/S.I. and Enterprise customers on all Voice Recording and Contact Center Software/Hardware solutions

Work with channel partners to solve/tackle end-customers issues.

Requirements

Based in Hong Kong

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Fluent in English and Chinese

Experience in installing and trouble-shooting Voice Recording/Call Center related Software/Hardware.
