Our client is a mid-size Call Center/Contact Center solution vendor.
- looking for a seasoned Sales professional with experience and a successful track record selling Contact Center/Call Center solutions into large Enterprise and Government Customers
Main Responsibilities
- Meeting and/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to revenue and customer growth.
- Developing and executing a territory plan to maximize revenue.
- Managing forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement
- Managing the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process
- Engage across multiple levels of the customer’s business, both technical and business
- Communicating with key customers, business partners and solution partners on significant issues and accomplishments
- Effectively engage with other members of the account team and manage sales outcomes
- Contribute to the overall sales team objectives
- Participate to major conferences and customer presentation
- Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle
- Ensuring and enabling the highest levels of professionalism
- Providing timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues
- Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
- Building a relationship with key players in their customer accounts; solution partners and key business partners.
- Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements

- 8+ years business development and sales expertise in the Call Center solution industry
- Proven success in ICT Channel and Business Partner management with good understanding of the indirect model and OEM sales.
- History of successful sales performance
- Ability to work in a remote location and ready for frequent travelling in the APAC region
- Confident negotiator and the ability to sell to senior level executive/managers using articulate value propositions
- Exceptional presentation and customer interaction skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage complex solution sales environments include; HW, SW, Professional Services and Support.
- Astute in dealing with multiple parties and demonstrate strong personal integrity
