Systems Engineering Manager/Technical Support Manager, Greater China, Cloud Computing (based in Hong Kong)

Job Responsibilities

Manage a Technical team comprised of Pre-sales Consultant, Project Manager, Solutions Architect, and Engagement Manager.

The Manager role will work closely with the Customer Care organization for technical and business support.

Lead the team to deliver world class service and to drive customer satisfaction.

 



Requirements
  • B.Sc/B.Eng. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.  Advanced degrees preferred.
  • 5 years of team management experience. 2 years managing large organizations and managing leads/managers strongly preferred.
  • Significant experience in technology, with demonstrated aptitude for technology at business and technical level. In particular, knowledge of internet and internet technologies is critical.
  • Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementing and driving best practices in multi-office, cross functional organizations.
  • Extensive expertise supporting enterprise customers & creating service/support strategies.
  • Experience in expanding customer service and support services revenue across multiple business cultures, such as different countries or industries.
    Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven record of successfully building collaboration around important initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations.
  • Frequent travel is required.
