Job Responsibilities
 Head of Global E-commerce   The Head will have overall P/L responsibility of the global e-commerce business of our client. In that, he / she will explore and identify online marketing opportunities and channels to enhance brand awareness, increase consumer engagement and drive sales. He / she will supervise various regional BDs on achieving the sales targets, other e-related KPIs such as visits, drop rate, and conversation rate., and the use of affiliate, SEO, email, social media, VIP programs and others to attract and retain customers. In addition, he / she will supervise the backend supporting team including the logistics, e-marketing, IT, customer services to enable sustainable business growth.   Desired Skills & Experience   Requirements:   The right candidate must have a proven track record of running a e-commerce business with P/L accountability, and a minimum of 10 years commercial experience. He / she should have a Bachelor / Masters Degree in IT, e-commerce or closely related discipline. In addition, he / she should have the experience in leading a cross-functional team including sales & marketing, supply chain/logistics and IT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The position will be based in Hong Kong reporting to the CEO of the Company.
