Based in Singapore.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in ASEAN. This Sales Manager is expected to work with direct customers and local partners/resellers alike towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
This role also involves the establishment of plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the ASEAN market, as well as the development and maintenance of a healthy ecosystem of local partners/resellers
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the ASEAN market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of existing local partners / resellers, and the recruitment of new local partners/resellers when necessary.
Responsible for maintaining good relationship with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, regardless if accounts are direct or through a local partner/reseller.
Assist in the development and implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of the ASEAN business.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Provide accurate sales forecasts/pipeline reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports for both direct and indirect opportunities (through local partners/resellers).
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Able to conduct presentations as well assists local partners/resellers in preparation of their proposals and presentations.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Based in Singapore.
University Graduate or equivalent.
Fluent in English. Able to speak other ASEAN language will be advantage but not a must.
8-12 years of experience in sales and/or presales management.
Experience with Video Management Software Solutions like Milestone, Genetec, Bosch, Indigovision
Experience with IP cameras, Video Analytics , Access control or any other Physical Security Solutions
Experience dealing with large and complex organizations and having strong network in ASEAN of Partners and customers
Technically well versed and self sufficient to handle demonstration or presentation of VMS & PSIM Solutions
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to drive direct and indirect sales through local partners/resellers.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good organization and planning skills
Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
