Responsible for supporting Hong Kong/Taiwan/Vietnam business in planning and the delivery of training for Carrier Partner's trainers and employees. Using a variety of techniques, including facilitation, presentations, role-plays, hands-on labs, and self- directed learning materials and ensuring training effectiveness, he or she will work together with the Smartphone business team and carrier partners to understand business focus and training needs to form training strategies and supervise training execution, which will contribute to increased levels of customer experience & satisfaction, and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
· Identify training needs and priorities in HongKong/Taiwan/Vietnam
· Partner with Smartphone business team and Regional Training Manager
· Diagnose performance gaps in stores to identify potential solutions and training needs – Partner with Regional Training Manager, create training plans
Training materials
· Provide timely feedback to continually improve programs and initiatives – Assist with preparation of training materials as required
Delivery of training courses
· Ensure that training is implemented consistently in HongKong/Taiwan/Vietnam – Deliver Training while needed
· Organize & Facilitate T3 (Train the Trainers) for partner trainers
Administration
· Manage class arrangement & logistics – Track & report training results
