Responsible for leading teams of Professional Service and Presales Support staff in Japan to support sales team in growing business in Japan market



Requirements

Based in Tokyo, Japan

12-18+ years of Presales, Consulting and/or Professional Service Leadership experience in a multinational IT vendor environment.

Ideally to have knowledge in solutions relating to CRM, Call Center, Contact Center, Voice Recording, Unified Communications, etc.
